Swedish coach Jonas Eidevall has been heading up matters at Arsenal for three years now and heads into his fourth campaign looking for that elusive Barclays WSL title.

Under his leadership, Arsenal have won back-to-back Women’s League Cup titles, while they reached the semi-finals of the Women’s Champions League two seasons ago.

Now 41, Eidevall began coaching 18 years ago, initially as an assistant for Lunds BK in the Swedish second division before taking over the top job in 2009.

He remained there for two years before making the switch to women’s football and serving as an assistant at Rosengard.
Within a year, he had taken over as manager, winning back-to-back titles, before departing to Helsingborgs for a single year as an assistant to Henrik Larsson.

Eidevall returned to Rosengard, winning another league title before heading to Arsenal to succeed Joe Montemurro in 2021.
