Rehanne Skinner became West Ham’s first female manager of the Barclays WSL era when she was appointed in July 2023.

Skinner has almost 20 years’ experience under her belt, including her time as assistant manager with Arsenal between 2010 and 2013, when they lifted two league titles, and has been heavily involved in coaching England’s pathway system.

Prior to her appointment at West Ham, her recent two and a half year stint as Spurs manager established her as a force to be reckoned with in the top flight.

The 44-year-old led Spurs to their highest ever Barclays WSL finish in 2021/22, when they finished fifth.

She will be hoping to call on all of this experience to turn the Hammers’ fortunes around in 2024/25.
