The key dates for both the 2024-25 Barclays Women’s Super League and Barclays Women’s Championship seasons have now been confirmed.
Following this summer’s Olympic Games, the top flight of women’s football in England will start across the weekend of 21-22 September 2024, and finish over 10-11 May 2025.
The Barclays Women’s Championship meanwhile will begin a fortnight earlier across 7-8 September 2024, concluding over 3-4 May 2025.
The winter break will also run from 16 December through to 18 January for both divisions.
The Women’s League Cup group stages will begin in early October and run until mid-December, with the quarter finals scheduled for 22-23 January, semi-finals across 5-6 February and the final due to be contested on the weekend of 15-16 March.
Details for the Adobe Women’s FA Cup will be confirmed in due course.
