The most successful club in terms of trophies won in the history of women’s football in England, Arsenal came third in the Barclays WSL last season, while retaining their Women’s League Cup crown.

Although it was their fifth straight season without lifting the title, Arsenal have now gone a decade without finishing outside the top three – their fourth-placed finish in 2014 in fact the only time they have ever missed out on the podium in the league.

During the 2023/24 campaign, Arsenal broke the Barclays WSL attendance record on three separate occasions – the final mark standing at 60,160 for a clash against Manchester United.
