Newcastle United

Back-to-back promotions have taken Newcastle United into the second tier, with the Magpies winning the FA Women’s National League Northern Premier Division title last term.

The club was the first in the third tier to turn fully professional under the leadership of head coach Becky Langley in 2023 and will hope to continue to grow their fan base having regularly amassed crowds in excess of 20,000 when they have taken fixtures to St James’ Park.

Club captain Grace Donnelly is the team’s longest serving player and has been joined by several exciting arrivals including Lioness Demi Stokes and former Chelsea defender Deanna Cooper.
