The group stage fixtures of the 2024-25 Women’s League Cup have now been confirmed.
The draw took place on Monday 19 August, live on talkSPORT2, with former England international Lianne Sanderson dividing the 20 teams entering the competition at this stage into five groups.
And with the fixtures for each group now confirmed, the full list of games – including dates, kick-off times and venues, is as follows:
Round One (2-3 October 2024)
Group A: Manchester United v Liverpool (7pm, 2 October, Leigh Sports Village); Newcastle United v Everton (7.45pm, 2 October, Kingston Park Stadium)
Group B: Blackburn Rovers v Durham (7pm, 2 October, Lancashire FA); Sheffield United v Sunderland (7pm, 3 October, The Impact Arena, Alfreton)

Following the completion of the group stages, the quarter finals of the competition will take place across January 22 and 23, 2025 with the semi-finals set to be hosted over February 5 and 6, 2025 before the showpiece final across the weekend of March 15 and 16, 2025.
As a reminder, Chelsea will enter the competition at the quarter final stage.
If either Arsenal or Manchester City exit the UWCL in either Rounds 1 or 2, then they will enter the League Cup at the Group Stage (playing their first match on 16/17 October).
A draw would take place to determine which group (A or B) Manchester City and (C, D or E) Arsenal would join.
