Laura Kaminski is a deified figure at Selhurst Park after leading Crystal Palace to the Barclays WSL for the first time in their history.
Joining in the summer of 2023 from London rivals Charlton Athletic, she produced a debut season of dreams to drive the Eagles to promotion, pipping her former employers to the title by a solitary point.
With 14 wins in 22 games, it was a campaign that left Kaminski juggling silverware, walking away from the season with the Barclays Women’s Championship Manager of the Year award.
Although this will be her first season as a head coach in the top tier, she already knows the buzz that surrounds the top flight having spent three seasons as assistant manager at Tottenham, whom she also helped gain promotion.
A vastly experienced coach in the English game, she has also enjoyed stints at Arsenal, Brighton, Watford, QPR and Chelsea.
